Vivo X27 with the Android 9 based FunTouch 9 presented

While Vivo’s smartphone architecture is not as confusing as others (such as Xiaomi), it has many phones. The Vivo series is a medieval speaker and I think the X series is the flagship of Nex. It’s confusing. In addition, Vivo has just launched V15 and V15 Pro. And now there’s a new phone – Vivo X27. This has somewhat improved at the V15 Pro at a fair price.

Vivo X27 Review

Vivo X27 is more or less similar to V15 Pro, the same size and color. The X27 is also available in a two-tone gradient, so if you place them side by side, you may not be able to tell each other. The same is the 6.39 ″ AMOLED display and has no front panel. Yes, Vivo seems to push the pop-up camera on most smartphones. The display also has a fingerprint sensor and the settings of the triple camera in the rear housing are similar.

Both have the primary 48 MP camera with the Quad-Bayer filter to set up the camera. So, by default, you will receive 12 MP images with pixel binning. The fix is on the Ultra-wide lens, as the X27 has a 13 MP 120 degree lens that contains more than 8 MP V15 Pro. The depth sensor remains unchanged at 5 MP. However, the camera is off. While the V15 Pro has a 32 MP self-propelled camera (Quad-Bayer filter), the X27 has a 16 MP selfie shooter. But we have to get a better solution. The motorized pop-up is a bit slower than the X27 0.68 seconds, as opposed to the V15 Pro 0.45 seconds.

In terms of performance, the X27 runs on Snapdragon 710 and 8 GB RAM. While RAM is the same (V15 Pro 8GB version), the processor is a bit doubtful. I mean, the V15 Pro Snapdragon 675 has a faster processor, but it has 710 slower GPUs. So we can’t say which wins in overall performance. However, from the storage point of view, the X27 includes a 256 GB package by default. There is also a microSD card slot. The battery contains X27 4000 mAh on the V15 Pro 3700.

However, the price of the X27 believes that the V15 Pro offers better value for money. Because if you get V15 Pro for $ 345, you pay $ 525 for X27! Anyone can see why V15 Pro is better.

Funtouch OS 9

The hardware differences are not everything we get on the X27. This comes from FunTouch OS 9 from the box. FunTouch 9 runs on Android 9 Pie while V15 Pro has new features, so why reboot your operating system?

So it seems that the operating system has 72 new features, 55 new optimizations, 263 UI enhancements and a simpler and more beautiful interface. According to Vivo, this is friendlier and smarter user experience. But deeply, we all know we don’t want to see the iPhone clone user interface.

FunTouch 9 claims that it has soft and subdued colors and rich details. Allows you to change themes, icon layouts, rounded corners, and dark patterns. You can get built-in semi-abstract wallpapers. You can now be sure that you can see the operating system on every upcoming Vivo smartphone.
